Pork Skewers with Oranges and Thyme
Ingredients
- Orange juice concentrate 0 fl oz
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 tablespoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Pork tenderloin 20 oz
- Oranges 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the orange juice, zest, minced garlic, thyme, mustard, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoons of pepper. While whisking, gradually add the olive oil.
Step 2
Cut the meat into small pieces and place it in the marinade. Mix well and cover. Let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the grill or barbecue. Thread the pieces of meat onto skewers and grill for about 12 minutes until cooked through.
Step 4
Serve garnished with orange slices and sprigs of thyme.
