  • Salt ¼ teaspoon
  • New Potatoes 8 pieces
  • Pork Blood 20 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Spanish onions 1 head

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the grill or barbecue.

Step 2

Meanwhile, boil the potatoes, unpeeled, in boiling water until tender. Drain.

Step 3

Cut the meat into small pieces and transfer to a bowl. Add the halved potatoes, sliced onion, and chopped green pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Mix well.

Step 4

Thread the pieces of meat, onion, potatoes, and pepper onto skewers, alternating them. Place on the grill and cook for 8–10 minutes until done.

Step 5

Serve with the sauce (see note).
