- Pork Blood 70 oz
- 1% Kefir 15 fl oz
- Spices to taste
- Onion 2 pieces

Cut the pork into the desired shape.

Place it in a pot.
Step 3
Pour in the kefir while stirring the meat. Add spices. Mix well.
Step 4
Slice the onion into half-rings.
Step 5
Mix again and refrigerate for 1–2 days.
