- Lemon 5 oz

- Kefir 5 fl oz
- Mineral water 5 fl oz
- Dill 5 oz

Step 1
Rinse the pork neck under cold water.
Step 2
Cut into medium-sized cubes for shashlik and place in a pot.
Step 3
Peel the onion and slice it into rings.
Step 4
Wash the lemon and cut it into wedges.
Step 5
Mix the kefir and mineral water.
Step 6
Add the onion, lemon, mixed liquid, and finely chopped dill to the pot with the meat. Leave for 15 minutes at room temperature.
