Pork Schnitzel in Bran

Ingredients

  • Pork Skewers 10 lbs
  • Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
  • Bran 0 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Remove excess fat from the meat.

Step 2

Cover each piece with plastic wrap and pound on both sides.

Step 3

Mix flour with bran and add salt and pepper. Beat the eggs.

Step 4

Dip the meat first in the flour, then in the egg. And again in the flour.

Step 5

Fry the schnitzel in heated vegetable oil on both sides.

Step 6

Serve with a side dish. In this case, a mixture of 2 types of rice (Basmati and wild).
