Pork rolls with cheese and pickles
Ingredients
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Pork Blood 10 oz
- Pickles to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into portion-sized pieces and pound them well. Cut the cheese (semi-hard, fatty) into strips, and also cut the pickles into strips.
Step 2
Season the meat with salt and pepper, and generously place strips of cheese and pickles on top. Roll it up and bake on a rack in an air fryer for 20 minutes at 355°F, and then for an additional 5–7 minutes at 390°F.
