Pork Rolls Stuffed with Mushrooms and Pear

Ingredients

  • Pork Neck 20 oz
  • Morels 10 oz
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Red Grape Juice ½ cup
  • Pear 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the meat into elongated slices, pound, season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Slice the onion into half rings, the mushrooms into slices, and the pear into small pieces.

Step 3

Cut the cheese into strips measuring 0.5 x 0.5 cm.

Step 4

Sauté the onion in butter until translucent, then add the mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool, add the pear, and mix well.

Step 5

Place a bit of filling and a slice of cheese on a piece of meat, roll it up, and tie with string or secure with toothpicks (I prefer tying).

Step 6

Place on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 15 minutes. Then pour wine over each roll and return to the oven until fully cooked. Enjoy your meal!
