Description
You can serve lentils as a side dish.
Ingredients
- Pork Blood 20 oz
- Grill Meat Spice Blend to taste
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Ham 5 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Celery salt 2 stalks
- Spiced Tomato Juice to taste
- Crushed Tomatoes in Their Own Juice 1 can
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pork tenderloin into thin steaks and pound them well.
Step 2
Place the resulting cutlets in a container, add olive oil and your favorite meat spices, mix, and let marinate for an hour.
Step 3
For the filling: finely chop 1 onion and 1 carrot, and cut the ham into small cubes. Sauté the onion and carrot until soft, then add the ham; if desired, you can pour a little tomato juice into the mixture, add salt, pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Place the filling on each cutlet, roll them up, secure with toothpicks, and tie the ends with string.
Step 5
Finely chop 1 onion, 1 carrot, and celery, and sauté until soft, then add the peeled canned tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Step 6
Place the rolls in the tomato sauce—the sauce should almost completely cover the meat; if necessary, add tomato juice or water. Simmer on low heat for about an hour.
