Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin 20 oz
- Blue Cheese 5 oz
- Bacon 5 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pork loin into pieces of 100 grams or about 1.5–2 cm thick. Tenderize, season with salt and pepper, and place 20 grams of cheese at one end. Roll it up tightly. Tuck the ends in to prevent the cheese from leaking out when melted. Wrap tightly with bacon.
Step 2
Then place the rolls in a well-heated skillet. Sear on both sides until golden brown.
Step 3
Transfer to the oven for about 10–12 minutes.
