- Pork Blood 30 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Prunes 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Herbs 0 oz
- Saffron ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pound the pork to a thickness of 1 cm.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the onion and carrot, then sauté them.
Step 3
Chop the herbs and garlic, and add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Step 4
Spread the herb and garlic mixture over the pork, add the sautéed onion and carrot, then whole prunes, saffron, season with salt, and roll it up, tying with string.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 1 hour, basting occasionally with the juices that form.
