- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Pork Blood 20 oz
- Dried Yellow Plums 5 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sear the meat on all sides in oil until browned, add chopped onion and grated carrot, pour hot water into the skillet, and simmer for a while.
Step 2
Wash the potatoes. Transfer the meat with onion and carrot to a baking tray, add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper. Place in a well-heated oven.
Step 3
Wash the pitted dried plums and soak them briefly in boiling water. Add the dried plums to the baking tray and roast the meat until cooked through.
