Ingredients
- Pork Skewers 0 lbs
- Onion 1 head
- Bay leaf 3 pieces
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Water 5 fl oz
- Safflower Oil 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the pork ribs under running water, remove membranes and excess fat, and dry with a paper towel.
Step 3
Cut the meat into portion-sized pieces.
Step 4
Pour sunflower oil into the frying pan.
Step 5
Place the ribs in the frying pan.
Step 6
Fry the meat on both sides until golden brown.
Step 7
Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings.
Step 8
Distribute the onion in the frying pan among the meat.
Step 9
Add the bay leaf and a teaspoon of salt to the frying pan. Fry the onion until golden for about 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 10
When the onion is browned, pour 100–150 ml of water into the frying pan.
Step 11
Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat until cooked, approximately 40–60 minutes.
