Description

Pork ribs with celery and parsley sauce

Ingredients

  • Pork Skewers 0 lbs
  • Yakiniku sauce 7 tablespoons
  • Sugar 7 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Celery salt 4 stalks
  • Parsley 3 stalks
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Grated Ginger Root 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Dried Garlic 4 teaspoons
  • Cream 22% ½ liter
  • Breadcrumbs 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the ribs and place them in a bowl: season with salt, pepper, add ginger and garlic.

Step 2

Make the sauce. For this, take a saucepan, add sugar, and place it over heat. Wait for the saucepan to heat up (about a couple of minutes), then gradually pour in the teriyaki sauce while stirring. The mixture should come to a boil. After that, add lemon juice. The sauce should thicken to a consistency similar to caramel.

Step 3

Dip the ribs in the sauce on all sides and coat them in breadcrumbs, then dip them in the sauce again and coat them in breadcrumbs. This means performing these actions twice.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil and place the ribs on it. After 10 minutes, raise the temperature to 430°F and cook for another 15 minutes; after 15 minutes, check for doneness. If ready, drizzle each piece with one tablespoon of cream (if not ready, leave for another 5-8 minutes). Turn off the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Make the sauce (for dipping the meat), for this, place celery, parsley, a little salt, and cream in a blender. The sauce is ready!

Step 6

Arrange everything beautifully and enjoy!
