Description

Pork Ribs in Parchment

Ingredients

  • Pork Skewers 70 oz
  • Onion 90 oz
  • Cilantro to taste
  • Sugar 2 teaspoons
  • Barbecue sauce to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Generously season the pork ribs with salt and pepper. Cover the ribs with plastic wrap and let them marinate for 3-5 hours.

Step 2

Meanwhile, peel and slice the onion into half-rings. Place half of the onion in a deep dish and sprinkle with sugar. Lay the ribs on top of the onion. Add the remaining onion on top of the ribs. Cover the dish with foil and place it in an oven preheated to 130–300°F for 6 hours.

Step 3

After 6 hours, remove the ribs, discard the onion, place the ribs in parchment after drizzling with barbecue sauce, and put them in the microwave for a few minutes. Remove the ribs, cut the parchment, and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve hot.
