Ingredients
- Pork Skewers 0 lbs
- Lime 1 piece
- Orange zest 1 piece
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice 2 pieces
- Mustard Greens to taste
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the marinade: grate the lime and orange, crush the garlic, and dried chili pepper with seeds, add mustard, paprika, ground black pepper, olive oil, and salt.
Step 2
Wash the fresh pork ribs with a thick layer of meat (10-15 cm) and make cuts on top.
Step 3
Marinate the ribs, wrap them in 2 layers of foil, and let them sit for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
Place in the oven on low heat for 1.5 hours.
Step 5
Brush the finished ribs with honey, then return to the oven until fully cooked.
