Ingredients
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Pork Blood 5 lbs
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Grated Ginger Root 2 teaspoons
- Mustard Greens 2 tablespoons
- Paprika 0.5 teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice 0.5 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Turnips 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix all the listed ingredients except for the honey and carrots. Rub each piece with honey separately. Mix well again. Let the ribs marinate in the honey and spices in a cool place for 2–3 hours.
Step 2
Place the honey-coated ribs in a skillet, layering each layer with grated carrots.
Step 3
Bake the pork ribs in honey in the oven at 480°F for about 1.5 hours. Occasionally add water and ensure that the dish does not burn.
