- Balsamic Vinegar 5 fl oz
- Honey 0 oz
- TABASCO® 0 fl oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend balsamic vinegar, TABASCO sauce, honey, and garlic in a blender.
Step 2
Cut the pork ribs into 4-5 pieces, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Bake the ribs for 1 hour and 20 minutes on a metal rack preheated to 140ºC, turning them occasionally.
Step 4
Ten minutes before the end of baking, dip the ribs in the balsamic glaze and return to the grill.
Step 5
Serve the ribs hot alongside grilled vegetables.
