Pork Raxo
Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin 30 oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Ground Cumin 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander 1 teaspoon
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- 10% cream 1 cup
- Red Grape Juice 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the meat, pat it dry, and cut it into thin long strips.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet, and fry the meat until golden brown (about 12 minutes).
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine the tomato paste, cumin, coriander, and paprika, add the cream and mix well.
Step 4
Pour the mixture over the meat, season with salt, stir, and simmer for 4 minutes, then bring to a boil. Pour the wine into the skillet, heat the raxo over medium heat for 5 minutes, and serve.
