  • Pork Neck 5 lbs
  • Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Honey 5 oz
  • Mustard Greens 5 oz
  • Soy Sauce 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Make the glaze. Mix honey with mustard and soy sauce.

Step 2

Shape the meat with twine. Season with salt.

Step 3

Crush the black pepper and coat the meat with it. Bake in a preheated oven at 320°F for 1 to 1.5 hours.

Step 4

Remove the meat, generously cover it with the glaze, and place it in the oven at 355°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
