
Pork Neck Stewed in Milk

Ingredients
- Pork Neck 15 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Red Curry Powder 1½ teaspoons
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the piece of meat, pat it dry, and generously salt it, coating it well with spices (the meat is moist).
Step 2
In a deep skillet, heat the butter and vegetable oil, add thinly sliced garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Place the meat in the skillet and pour in the hot milk. Simmer on low heat, covered, for 1.5-2 hours. Flip the piece of meat halfway through cooking. Add more warm milk if necessary.
