Pork Neck Steak on a Grill Pan
Ingredients
- Pork Neck 2 pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 2 teaspoons
- Rosemary ½ sprig
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and crush the garlic with a chef's knife.
Step 2
Place the grill pan over heat and generously grease it with butter.
Step 3
Lay the steaks on the hot pan.
Step 4
Brush the top with mustard oil.
Step 5
Add the garlic.
Step 6
Then add a few sprigs of rosemary to the oil.
Step 7
Once the bottom side is browned, flip and season with salt. Do the same with the garlic.
Step 8
Reduce the heat. Occasionally baste the meat with the aromatic oil.
Step 9
After a couple of minutes, lower the heat further and cover with a lid.
Step 10
After 7–10 minutes, the aromatic meat is ready!
