- Pork Neck 10 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 3 pieces
- Balsamic Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Thyme to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into portion-sized pieces (about 1 cm thick).
Step 2
Mix the oil with vinegar and oregano. Place the meat in a pot or container. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with the oil and vinegar mixture, and stir well.
Step 3
Slice the garlic into thin pieces. Sprinkle with garlic and thyme leaves. Cover and let sit for a few hours.
Step 4
Grill on a rack, seasoned with red and black pepper and salt, until cooked through.
