Pork Neck Steak
Ingredients
- Pork Neck 10 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Flaky sea salt a pinch
- Ocean salt to taste
- Sumac ½ teaspoon
- Mixed Ground Peppers to taste
- Garlic 2 pieces
- Chili jam to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and crush the garlic with a chef's knife.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a pan and add a pinch of coarse salt.
Step 3
Slice the meat into pieces about 2 cm thick.
Step 4
Place the pork in the pan. Set to high heat.
Step 5
Immediately add the garlic to the oil.
Step 6
Add salt.
Step 7
Season with sumac.
Step 8
After 3–4 minutes, flip the meat and garlic, and add the mixed peppers.
Step 9
After 2 minutes, reduce the heat and cover with a lid.
Step 10
After 10 minutes, the meat is ready. Transfer to a plate, add chili sauce, and serve.
