Ingredients
- Pork Neck 15 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Butter 0 oz
- Rosemary 1 sprig
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sumac to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Let the meat rest at room temperature for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet.
Step 3
Place the pork in the oil. Sear over high heat.
Step 4
Add salt.
Step 5
Add rosemary to the oil.
Step 6
Once the meat is nicely browned, flip it and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 7
Add salt.
Step 8
Add pepper.
Step 9
Season with sumac. Reduce the heat a little more.
Step 10
After 7–10 minutes, the steaks are ready! Transfer to a plate and serve.
