- Pork Neck 5 lbs
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ketchup 10 oz
- Ground Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Red Curry Powder 2 tablespoons
- Flower Salt 1 teaspoon
- Worcestershire Sauce 1 tablespoon

Step 1
In a bowl, mix together ketchup, wine vinegar, brown sugar, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and crushed garlic. Cover the bowl and let it sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the grill, slice the pork neck into 1–1.5 cm thick pieces, and place them on the grill. Cook until the meat becomes tender.
Step 3
Coat the pork neck with the sauce 15 minutes before it's done and grill for an additional 15 minutes. The pork chops are ready.
