Pork marinated in mayonnaise with kiwi
Ingredients
- Pork Blood 5 lbs
- Fresh Rose Hips 5 sprigs
- Black Cumin (Cumin) 1 tablespoon
- Kiwi 5 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice ½ piece
- Ocean salt ½ teaspoon
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Armenian Lavash 6 pieces
- Scallions 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crush all spices, salt, rosemary, and chili into a uniform mass, mash the kiwi into a puree, add mayonnaise and spices to it.
Step 2
Cut the meat into large pieces, mix with the marinade, and leave in the cold for 2 hours. Attention! Do not over-marinate the meat, it may become unappetizing!
Step 3
Grill the pieces of meat for 3-5 minutes on each side. When serving, wrap the pork in lavash with green onions.
