  • Pork tenderloin 1⅕ kg
  • Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
  • Napa Cabbage 1 piece
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Cilantro 0 oz
  • Toasted Cumin Seeds ½ spoons
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Heat oil in a large skillet. Add soy sauce, sugar, and cumin, and sauté the pork chops, cooking for one minute on each side. Transfer the chops to a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven at 355°F for ten minutes.

Step 2

In the sauce remaining in the pan, sauté the cabbage, cut into thick strips, for one minute. Season with pepper, cilantro, and lemon juice. Serve with roasted pork loin.
