Ingredients
- Bone-in Beef 1 piece
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Brie cheese 0 oz
- Arugula to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Sumac to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the mustard oil in a skillet.
Step 2
Place the meat in it.
Step 3
Add salt.
Step 4
After 3–5 minutes, flip it over.
Step 5
Add a little more salt.
Step 6
After 3 minutes, flip it again and reduce the heat.
Step 7
Spread mustard on top.
Step 8
Layer thin slices of brie cheese on top.
Step 9
Season with sumac.
Step 10
After 5–7 minutes, transfer to a plate, add arugula, and serve.
