Pork loin sautéed with onions
Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Mixed Ground Peppers ½ teaspoon
- Dry adjika 1 teaspoon
- Onion 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the oil into a deep bowl and season with the pepper mixture.
Step 2
Add the soy sauce and dry adjika.
Step 3
Mix well.
Step 4
Chop the onion very coarsely.
Step 5
Generously coat the meat with the marinade. Let it marinate for half an hour.
Step 6
Do the same with the onion.
Step 7
Place the meat on a dry, hot grill pan.
Step 8
As soon as the bottom side is browned, flip it over and add the onion.
Step 9
After 3–4 minutes, shift the meat to create a pattern. Flip the onion.
Step 10
Reduce the heat and cover with a lid.
Step 11
After 3 minutes, flip it over.
Step 12
Cover with a lid and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 13
Serve with fresh vegetables.
