Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin 0 oz
  • Oranges 2 pieces
  • Potato 5 lbs
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Honey 2 spoons
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Thyme 0 oz
  • Green peppercorns to taste
  • Pickled garlic to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the marinade: combine 100 ml of vegetable oil, ground black pepper, minced garlic, garlic salt, and the juice of one orange. Mix everything together and add thyme leaves for flavor.

Step 2

Make small cuts in the pork loin, drizzle with marinade, and rub it in well. Let it marinate for a couple of hours.

Step 3

For the glaze: thoroughly mix 2 tablespoons of honey, the juice of 1 lemon, and 100 ml of vegetable oil.

Step 4

Wrap the meat in foil and place it in the oven at 355°F for one hour. After an hour, slightly open the foil and continue baking for another hour, brushing with glaze every 15 minutes.

Step 5

For the side dish, prepare the potatoes: boil them until almost tender, about 10–15 minutes. Then, melt some butter in a skillet and sauté the potatoes until golden brown. You can add garlic salt and fresh thyme leaves.
