  • Ground Cumin ½ teaspoon
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Grated Ginger Root ¼ teaspoon

Step 1

In a bowl, mix yogurt, orange juice, coriander, turmeric, cumin, salt, and ginger. Add the meat cut into small pieces, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.
