Pork kebabs
Ingredients
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Red Grape Juice 0 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 spoons
- Dried Rosemary 1 tablespoon
- Dried Rosemary 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 8 cloves
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Boneless pork shoulder 15 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix the oil, wine, lemon juice, mint, oregano, crushed garlic, and chopped bay leaf. Add the meat, cut into pieces about 1 inch (3 cm) square. Mix well, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and let it marinate for at least an hour (preferably overnight).
Step 2
Preheat the grill. Thread about four slices of meat onto skewers. Season with salt and pepper on all sides, then place on the grill. Grill, turning constantly, for about ten to fifteen minutes until a deep brown crust forms. Serve the kebabs immediately with lemon wedges.
