Ingredients
- Lemon 5 oz
- Pork tenderloin 30 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Rice 5 oz
- Pork fat 0 oz
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pork leg meat into cubes of 35–40 g, marinate with parsley, lemon juice, pepper, and garlic for 1 hour.
Step 2
Sauté, add broth, and simmer until cooked through.
Step 3
When serving, place the cooked pork on a plate, with a side of garnish: boiled rice or rice with black beans. Drizzle with Cuban sauce.
