  • Pork Blood 10 oz
  • Onion 10 oz
  • Carrot 5 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers 0 oz
  • Dried Chinese mushrooms 0 oz
  • Sweet Chili Sauce 5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Starch film to taste
  • Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
  • Sake 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Marinate the sliced pork in soy sauce and sake for 10 minutes, then coat each piece in starch. Fry well until golden brown in preheated oil at 340°F.

Step 2

Boil the carrot in boiling water. Soak the shiitake mushrooms in water.

Step 3

Pour oil into a preheated wok. Cut the vegetables into 2x2 cm cubes. Add onion, shiitake mushrooms, bell pepper, and carrot one by one, quickly stir-frying and mixing constantly.

Step 4

Add the previously cooked pork to the sauce, mix in the vegetables, and stir thoroughly.
