Pork in sweet and sour sauce with pineapples and rice

Ingredients

  • Pork Blood 20 oz
  • Soy Sauce 5 fl oz
  • Spiced Tomato Juice 5 fl oz
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Green peppercorns 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
  • Potato protein 1 tablespoon
  • Canned Pineapple Chunks 5 oz
  • Sugar 3 spoons
  • Vinegar essence 2 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the pork into strips (1 cm wide).

Step 2

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, cornstarch, and flour. Add the meat to the bowl and let it sit for 15 minutes.

Step 3

While the pork is marinating, julienne the carrots and bell peppers. Cut the pineapples into cubes.

Step 4

In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and sauté the carrots for 4 minutes. Add the bell peppers, and after another 4 minutes, add the pineapples. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes and then transfer everything to a plate.

Step 5

In the same skillet, sauté the meat until a crust forms.

Step 6

Mix the juice, sugar, and vinegar.

Step 7

Add the vegetables and sauce to the meat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 8

Serve hot or cold with potatoes, pasta, or rice.
