  • Pork Blood 20 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
  • Onion 1 head
  • Canned Pineapple Chunks 10 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Potato protein 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the meat and cut it into small pieces.

Step 2

Prepare the marinade: egg, soy sauce, salt. Marinate the meat for 1 hour.

Step 3

Chop the onion.

Step 4

Slice the bell pepper into thin strips.

Step 5

Sauté the bell pepper and onion.

Step 6

Drain the marinade from the meat.

Step 7

Dust the meat with starch, heat the oil, and fry the meat until golden brown.

Step 8

Drain the syrup from the pineapples, reserving half a cup for the sauce.

Step 9

Add the sautéed vegetables and pineapple chunks to the meat, squeeze in the garlic, mix, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 10

For the sauce, mix the reserved syrup, tomato paste, lemon juice, salt (to taste), and sugar. Pour the sauce over the meat.

Step 11

Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
