Pork in Spicy Marinade
Ingredients
- Pork Skewers 4 pieces
- Satsivi 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Grill Meat Spice Blend to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the meat and pound it well. Rub with a mixture of meat spices (or any other spices to taste).
Step 2
In a convenient container (ideally a container with a lid, as it can be shaken instead of stirred), pour in the satsivi sauce and mayonnaise, and mix well. Add the meat and stir thoroughly so that all the meat is coated in the marinade.
Step 3
Place the meat in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Step 4
Heat a little olive or vegetable oil in a pan, add the meat, and fry until golden brown.
