  • Pork Blood 20 oz
  • Sour Cream 6 tablespoons
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 3 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Water ½ cup

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Tenderize the pork and cut it into strips like for beef stroganoff.

Step 2

Slice the onion into half-rings and mix it with the meat. Add water.

Step 3

Place the mixture in the microwave to stew in a covered dish for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Then add sour cream and tomato paste to the meat and mix well.

Step 5

Season the meat with spices (salt, pepper, and others if desired).

Step 6

Put the bowl with the mixture in the microwave on high power for 5–7 minutes, still covered.

Step 7

Serve with mashed potatoes or any other side dish.
