Description
Potatoes are the best side dish, but it is also very tasty with rice. You can sprinkle with parsley or dill.
Ingredients
- Onion 4 heads
- Pork Blood 20 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pork (preferably the neck) into small cubes and slice the onion into rings.
Step 2
Then layer the meat and onion in the pots: first the meat, then salt and pepper, then cover with onion, and continue until the top, leaving about 4 cm from the edge.
Step 3
Pour water into each pot until it reaches about halfway.
Step 4
Cover the pots with lids and place them in a preheated oven at 390°F for 35 minutes, then remove, brush the top with mayonnaise, and return to the oven without the lid for another 15 minutes until the mayonnaise is browned.
