Ingredients
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Peach Juice 10 fl oz
- Pork tenderloin 20 oz
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Medium-dry sherry 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rub the meat with black pepper.
Step 2
Heat a skillet over medium heat, lightly grease with vegetable oil, and place the meat in the skillet. Brown on all sides for 3-4 minutes. Reduce the heat, cover with a lid, and cook for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for another 10 minutes until done.
Step 3
Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice into thin pieces.
Step 4
Meanwhile, in the same skillet, combine the pineapple juice, sugar, sherry, and soy sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes until the sauce reduces to ¼ cup. Pour over the meat and serve.
