Ingredients

  • Pork Blood 0 lbs
  • Oranges 1 piece
  • Soy Sauce 2 spoons
  • Grated Ginger Root 1 tablespoon
  • Honey 2 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the meat, pat it dry, rub it with salt and pepper, and coat it with vegetable oil on all sides. Place the meat on a greased baking sheet.

Step 2

Bake in the oven at 355°F for 60–70 minutes.

Step 3

Prepare the orange syrup. To do this, wash and dry the orange. Using a fine grater, zest half or a third of the orange. Then, cut the orange in half and squeeze the juice from both halves.

Step 4

Peel the ginger root and grate it finely. In a bowl, combine the orange juice, zest, ginger, soy sauce, and honey. Mix everything well and place it over high heat. Cook the syrup, stirring, until it thickens.

Step 5

Remove the meat from the oven, brush it with syrup, and roast for another 5–10 minutes. During this time, you can brush the meat with syrup another 1–2 times.

Step 6

Place the cooked pork on lettuce leaves and garnish with orange slices.
