- Meat 5 lbs
- Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
- Mustard Greens 3 tablespoons
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Bay leaf to taste
- Herbes de Provence to taste
- Clove to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the meat and remove moisture with a towel.
Step 2
Season the meat with salt and pepper, add chopped garlic, and sprinkle with herbs.
Step 3
Pour the sauce made from sour cream and mustard on top.
Step 4
Coat the meat on all sides so the sauce seeps in everywhere.
Step 5
Add the bay leaf and 1-2 cloves, then place in the oven to cook for 1 hour, covering the baking tray tightly with foil.
Step 6
Then remove the foil and return to the oven for 15-20 minutes to form a crust.
