  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Smoked Ham on the Bone 4 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Onion 1 head
  • Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika 1 tablespoon
  • Dried Dill Stems 1 teaspoon
  • Campbell's Beef Broth 1 cup
  • Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
  • Chopped Green Onions 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet. Season the pork with salt and pepper and fry until golden brown for 2-4 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate and keep warm, covered with foil.

Step 2

In the skillet, melt the butter, add the onion sliced into thin half-rings, and sauté until soft for 5 minutes. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes until soft.

Step 3

Add the tomato paste, flour, paprika, dried dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Pour in the broth and cook until the sauce thickens.

Step 4

Remove from heat and add the sour cream and dill. Pour over the meat and serve.
