Ingredients
- Pork Blood 35 oz
- Sour Cream 20 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Khmeli-suneli 0,3 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the meat, cut it into pieces for goulash, and place it in a baking tray or skillet.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix together sour cream and mayonnaise, then add crushed or grated garlic, black pepper (a pinch), 1/4 to 1/3 teaspoon of khmeli-suneli, and salt to taste. After that, mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Pour the prepared sauce over the meat and place it in the oven. Bake for about 30 minutes at 480°F.
