Description

Pork in foil with spices and garlic

Ingredients

  • Garlic 7 cloves
  • Pork Blood 5 lbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Red Long Chili Peppers to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the pork (bone-in loin) under warm water, place it on a cutting board, and rub it with salt, black pepper, and red pepper to taste (on both sides).

Step 2

Next, slice the garlic into thin pieces and insert them into the meat (on both sides). You can make shallow cuts with a knife for this.

Step 3

Now wrap the meat in foil (5–7 layers). It's important to ensure there are no tears or holes, otherwise the juices will escape and the meat will turn out dry.

Step 4

Place the meat on a skillet or baking tray and put it in the preheated oven.

Step 5

Occasionally add a little hot water to the skillet (again, to keep the meat from drying out).

Step 6

Cook the meat for 2 hours at a temperature of 430°F.

Step 7

Take out the frying pan, carefully cut the foil, and remove the meat.
