Description
Pork in Dark Beer
Ingredients
- Pork Blood 0 lbs
- Honey ½ cup
- Dark Ale 10 fl oz
- Cinnamon 2 pieces
- Grated Ginger Root 1 teaspoon
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Dorbly Cheese 5 oz
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the honey, mix with the beer, ginger, and salt to taste.
Step 2
Place the meat in the mixture, put everything in a roasting pan, cover with a lid, and place in an oven preheated to 200–435°F. Cook for 60–80 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the roasting pan, drain the beer, leaving a little at the bottom to prevent the meat from burning. Return the roasting pan without the lid to the oven for 15–20 minutes to achieve a golden crust on the meat.
Step 4
For the sauce, place the cream over low heat, stirring constantly, and add finely chopped cheese.
Step 5
Serve with the sauce and a sprig of parsley.
