- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Pork tenderloin 20 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat, onion, and mushrooms into medium strips, and mince the garlic. Place all ingredients (except for the cream) into the bowl and mix. Close the lid and valve.
Step 2
Set the 'Stew' program for a cooking time of 30 minutes. Pressure: 'medium'. Cook until the program ends.
Step 3
After the pressure cooking program ends, allow the multicooker to cool for at least 7-10 minutes, then release the steam. Add the cream to the bowl and leave on the 'Keep Warm' setting for 10 minutes.
