Pork in a Pot
Ingredients
- Onion 0 oz
- Pork Blood 5 oz
- Potato 5 oz
- Pea shoots 0 oz
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the lean pork into cubes of 15–20 grams, season with salt and pepper, and sauté. Place in a pot.
Step 2
Steam the peas or beans until half-cooked. Finely chop the onion and sauté until golden, then add to the pot. Cut the potato into cubes, sauté, and add to the pot as well. Also add the peas and finely chopped dill (or any other herbs to taste).
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Pour the prepared meat in the pots with meat broth and place in the oven. Optionally, sprinkle the finished dish with golden sautéed onions and garnish with herbs. Serve with pickled cucumbers on the side.
