  • Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
  • Pork Blood 25 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
  • 20% Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Cream (40%) 5 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Dill to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Parsley to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut and pound the meat.

Step 2

For the fur coat, grate the raw potatoes on a coarse grater, squeeze out the juice, finely chop the onion and herbs, press the garlic, add the eggs, sour cream, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix everything. The consistency should resemble dough; you can add more flour if needed.

Step 3

In hot oil, fry the meat hidden in the fur coat. Fry until golden brown.

Step 4

Place the cutlets on a lightly greased baking sheet, pour over the cream, and send to a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
