Description
Pork ham baked with barbecue sauce and onions
Ingredients
- Onion 3 heads
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Barbecue sauce 5 lbs
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Pork Blood 10 lbs
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic in a large pot or deep skillet. When the onion becomes translucent, add the barbecue sauce to the pot and stir well, leaving it on the heat for a few minutes.
Step 2
Place the whole pork ham in a roasting bag (or large container) and pour the prepared mixture of barbecue sauce with onions over it.
Step 3
Seal the container tightly and refrigerate for 8-12 hours to marinate the pork.
Step 4
Remove the pork from the marinade and place it on a baking sheet. Pour the same barbecue marinade over the ham and send it to the preheated oven or grill. Cooking time will depend on the size of the ham.
